Overview

Several Periscoped teams delivering at once, each owning its own product or workstream, all building to the same standards, under one plan and one point of contact.

This is how we work on a large programme, and how we work with private equity firms improving several companies in a portfolio at the same time: the same agents, the same release process, and the same quarterly deliverables in every company.

The agents run as copies on your own systems, so nothing runs on ours.

How it runs

1. 1We agree the programme, the teams, and the deliverables for the first quarter.
2. 2Each team delivers against its own deliverables, to shared standards.
3. 3Every quarter, we review across all of them and decide on the next quarter.

How you stop

Six-month minimum, with a checkpoint every quarter against set deliverables. If the first quarter disappoints, you can walk.

What comes next

After the first renewal, we plan a year at a time, and each quarter stays a separate decision.
